5 EFT Tips for a Happy Summer Holiday!
As well as using EFT to help you on your flight, there are many other ways that you can apply the techniques to make your much needed holiday stress-free and enjoyable.
Tip 1 - Make sure you don't take your worries from home and work away with you on holiday. Spend some time in the week before you go to use EFT on any nagging worries, so they can be left where they belong - at home!
Tip 2 - If your journey includes a trip in the car, use EFT to keep yourself calm when the children are crying in the back, or the driver/navigator takes you on an unexpected diversion.. in the wrong direction! Please note DO NOT use EFT when driving - if you are the driver and need to calm down, pull over to the side of the road before applying EFT!
Tip 3 - If you get car/air/sea sick try using EFT to counteract the symptoms as well as any fears which may well be making the sickness worse.
Tip 4 - When on holiday and every member of the family seems to want to do and see something different, use EFT to help calm your frustrations and enable you to come to a logical solution that will keep everyone happy.
Tip 5 - Help the adjustment from holiday to home by tapping a round of EFT when you step off the plane or walk through your front door.. "Even though I'm sad to be back home, in this awful weather, and I wish I was still on holiday...!"
